Job Description & Responsibilities
-Monitor food quality and safety
-Maintain ingredient costing and equipment quality
-Oversee food preparation and ensure kitchen staff is performing their duties
-Develop new menu dishes and promotional dishes
-Prepare specific food items as requested by the Head Chef
-Minimise food, water, and power wastage
-Cultivate and grow junior staff professionally
-Training and delegating work to part-timers and passing down good working culture

Requirements
-Proficient in English
-Passionate about Mexican cuisine and burgers
-Basic working knowledge in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
-Strong supervisory skills
-Willing to work in 2 locations
-5 day work week
