Snagging Gold Awards at the 2023’s edition of the World Gin Awards, both these gins from are carefully handcrafted in small batches and individually bottled by Japanese Master Distiller in beautiful blue-green Kelder bottles.

🔹Tropical Citrus - the only gin so far from Asia to ever win the prestigious World’s Best Gin award in the Flavoured Gin category at the 2023 World Gin Awards. It also won gold at the IWSC 2023.

“Rich, indulgent, and resinous on the nose with accents of exotic spice and lime leaf. There’s menthol pepper on the palate, with notes of eucalyptus and cubeb berries, before a long finish. This gin has a really fresh character that would be thoroughly at home in a Gimlet.”

🔹Spices & Herbs - a Gold winner in the Contemporary Style Gin category also at the 2023 World Gin Awards. Featuring botanicals such as Kampot peppercorns, local cardamom and galangal, this gin is like no other.

Epic Hop ZombieR IIIPA 10% - The dead rise again! Just when you thought it was contained, it’s another Hop Zombie outbreak and even more perilous than the original. Board up your windows and load up the shotgun because this hop-fuelled 10 percenter is 100% high octane IPA and takes no prisoners.

Hansel is our double porter. rich malt profile made up of dark and crystal malts. lactose gives this beer a smooth mouth feel. flavoured with salt and chocolate.

The name was inspired by the slight banana flavour in the beer from the Belgian style yeast that is used.

What eats bananas? A monkey. What is an epic monkey? A gorilla. What is an epic gorilla? King Kong. Hence the name for this big beer.

It is a very unusual style for to brew since they are known nearly solely for making big hoppy IPA’s. Having seen recently that IPA drinkers are looking for a contrast in what they drink they thought they would try something different.

So they have made this beer that only uses a small amount of Citra hops, but all the flavour comes from the yeast fermentation, and some alcohol sweetness. Surprisingly easy to drink for an 8% beer!

This decadent dessert sour combines juicy Scottish strawberries with the rich, luxurious taste of creamy chocolate.

Pouring a deep ruby red colour, we’ve double dipped our favourite fruit to create a sweet-sour symphony and a velvety smooth finish.

You are going to love this juicy IPA brewed with oats and hopped exclusively with hand-selected Simcoe.

It was sad to learn earlier this month that would be closing down. The beers, be it on tap or in cans were well received at the nest.

We’ve managed to grab some of the limited quantities of beers left. Every pint drunk is really 1 less in the world.

New on tap today is Survivor Type. This is a 10.5% massively dry hopped IIIPA that is a thick, creamy haze featuring Motueka and Galaxy.

We hope our friends down in will survive and emerge again someday, stronger. Cheers to the wonderful beers we’ve had over the years. 🍻

This Hazy India Pale Ale is filled to the brim with some of the dankest, most tropical, New Zealand hops we could get our hands on. For this edition, we’ve used brand new hop sensation Superdelic, alongside old favourite Nelson Sauvin. Totally experience waves of, like, ripe mango, pineapple and gooseberry, man!

Rocky Ridge - Instant Gratification IIIPA 10%
Instant Gratification, our latest collaboration with the incredible folks at Fox Friday Brewery. It’s our modern twist on a timeless style, packed with the most hops we’ve ever used – a whopping 51g per litre of delightful hoppy goodness.

With this beer, we pay homage to the classics while giving a generous nod to old-school hops, ensuring that every sip delivers that instant gratification.

Mountain Culture - Spaghetti Policy WCIPA 7.9%
Using an interesting blend of Columbus, Centennial and Mosaic hops, we have created an IPA rich with lemon, grapefruit and berry notes on top of a deep resinous, dank body.

Playground - The Witch Chocolate Stout 5.7%
