Our oysters are flown in fresh from Canada and are quite the indulgent treat. Tinged with the aroma of the sea, expect a full-bodied, briny flavour and crisp cucumber finish.​

Elevate it further with our house-made Nuoc Nam, a classic Vietnamese dipping sauce that teases out the sweetness of the oysters, and a slightly spicy yet incredibly addictive Thai Nam Prik sauce.​
