Not on the best form but manage to move the timing lower because I remember to stop the timer. 😉

This is life. I put in effort to break my own record but I forgot to pause the timer after I stop. I know it feels like s**t but I have to embrace it and constantly remind myself to triple check the timer before catching my breathe 😂😂😂. In life and competition, there is no 早知道 and definitely no 重来。

Sep came early. Hit my 38 mins target. Meant to maintain speed to build up muscle for the following run. Somehow half way through my body tells me I can try to push myself a little bit more.

Exactly 2 mins faster than the previous run. Well below my first target of running 6.2 km in less than 40 mins. Hopefully I can maintain this speed for the next few run than I can push myself for one min faster in Sep.
