We have been away for a really looooong time.....We are BACK !! We have created a new Cookie Company called "Crunchie Cookies" !!!
Crunchie Cookies are lovely cookies hand made and made for sharing....they are made with a secret recipe created by chef Rachel....Crunchie Cookies will be situated at the new Alexandra Central adjacent to the newly opened Park Hotel. Hope to see all of you really soon ^ ^
Our Crunchie Cookies launch date is estimated to be on the 1st. of July 2016. Stay tune...............

We have been away for awhile....We hope to find a fantastic place for all to gather and enjoy our cupcakes soon...at the mean time, I am going to be here for all your baking and cupcakes questions and enquiries.
I am happy to share what I love doing...feel free to drop in any questions you may have on baking and related subjects..... ^ ^

We will be closing our current shop end of June 2012 as we are moving on to a bigger space...stay tune...

We will be closed for Easter weekend..be back next week. Happy Easter !! =)

Dear Cupcakes Lovers....Cupcakes & Bakes will be closed on the 31st Dec. 2011 and 1st Jan. 2012, in preparation for welcoming the New Year 2012 and also, to celebrate our one year anniversary. We would like to Thank all of you who have given us your support. Happy New Year to each and every one !! May the new year brings Peace, Prosperity and Joy !! ^ ^

We are glad that we are able to provide the solution for Annie. She understood that it has all been a mis-understanding, that we are not unprofessional and that chef Rachel has handled the situation gracefully. In fact, it is our policy to make people happy and to provide good service to all our customers. Thank you Annie for confirming your orders....

Our latest addition to the Angry Bird birthday cakes...and the feedback was "Thank you so much for the angry bird cake she absolutely loved it !!" =D

Sorry to hear that she is unhappy with Cupcakes & Bakes, there is truely a mis-understanding. Our shop is closed on Mondays n Tuesdays, however, we received the wedding orders during that weekend. On Nov 11 (Friday) when chef Rachel talked to Ms Choi, she had told her to come in on that weekend as we are open on Saturdays n Sundays.
Often, people do ask around for pricing, without a confirmation order, it is understandable that we are not to assume that the order is coming to us and therefore, we can not turn away wedding orders from our regular customers.
We do sincerely apologise to Annie for her being upset with us and out of good will, we will try our best to see how we can proceed with her orders.

Dear cupcake lovers.....we will be closed on the Polling day weekend 27th & 28th Auguest 2011....cya the Wednesday after that. Have a fun weekend ! ;)
