Introducing our wonderful violin teacher, Ms Mae!

Ms Mae, a distinguished graduate of the Malaysia Institute of Arts, where her love for music blossomed into a lifelong passion for teaching. With over a decade of experience, Ms. Mae had become a seasoned music educator, known for her expertise and dedication.

She is also a certified Suzuki trained teacher, a distinction that reflects her commitment to fostering a love for music from young age. Specialising in working with young children, Ms Mae has honed a teaching style that is both engaging and nurturing.

Her classes are not just lessons; they are a journey of discovery, where each student is encouraged to explore their unique musical abilities.

A brief introduction about him:

Mr Oswald Tan studied at Lasalle College of the Arts under the tutelage of Ms Lena Ching, currently the vice dean of music performance of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. He also achieved an FTCL (Fellowship of Trinity College) in piano performance in 2013.

Mr Oswald Tan started his teaching career in 2012 in Bloom school of music and arts and has worked with students from ages 4-60. He has a decade of experience preparing students for ABRSM grades 1-8 and trinity diploma examinations with most students achieving merits and distinctions for their exams. Besides preparing students for examinations, he is also able to teach songs and pieces outside of the examination syllabus including doing popular music.
