This is a new design of respirator which has advantages for mass distribution, emergency preparedness, and multi-ethnic populations. I’ve been using/testing it for 5 or 6 years in the Unorganized Borough in Alaska.

The respirator can be cut with scissors to fit faces properly. Because they are clear, fit is easily ascertained. A clear respirator may mean they are more acceptable culturally (the face is not hidden).

This image takes me back to the memories of Beijing's air pollution and Singapore's haze in 2013. In Beijing, it was the winter coal heating that contributed to the pollution, while in Singapore, it was caused by land-clearing fires from Indonesia. Now, in New York, the early wildfires from Canada are the reason behind the current situation.

Testing a new idea. This is inspired by camera mount for third party lenses. What if there is a mask "mount" for third party filters?
If this idea works, it can open up a lot of options.

Testing Totobobo mask and its competitors
While at the Headquarter we had the chance to do a lab test analyzing the efficiency of Totobobo's mask and 2 of its competitors.

Totobobo was the winner with a reduction of 200+ times, 3M N95 reduced the pollutants around 30 times, and surprisingly Respro mask only 3 times!

This test was so educational for us. We understood how important is to find a perfect fit of the mask (Not only Totobobo, but any mask!) and that we were basically wasting time in Indonesia when wearing our simple Surgical masks.
