Let's start the week with a about one of our deli bestsellers - the 18-month-old Mimolette!

It is made from the best milk of Normandy, France which is characterised by its high fat, protein and vitamin content! It also gets its striking orange colour from the natural colourant Annatto, which is added when rennet is added to the milk.

Expect notes of hazelnut and a bit of spice which make it an ideal cheese to go with fresh salad or as a filling to a sandwich!
