We know how it goes. You like cake. I like cake. We all love cake. ๐ฐ But sometimes we NEED cake and there is none. We need it NOW NOW NOW but there is none! ๐ฐ Hence this class is devoted to cakes which can be mixed very quickly (with the help of a food processor) to answer urgent cake-centred needs - from raw ingredients to steam-wafting freshly baked cake in as little as 90 minutes. And without sacrificing flavour for speed ๐ช๐ You shouldโve seen how fast we devoured the test runs. Do come!

Every bowl of laksa encapsulates the precious heritage we have. From the rempah to the noodles to the chilli, every component tells a story of why, how and who.
We have been blessed to be able to take home with us a piece of - how (Jennifer's) parents started their hawker push cart selling all kinds of food and gradually gaining fame for their laksa and rempah paste.

The best Mont Blanc. We had some die-hard fans of this cake and this one made by specifically. It's no wonder why - the finesse and balance of this creation is just incredible.
Not to be outdone, the slice-able pumpkin pudding is so so smooth and perfectly complemented with the dark caramel.
