• Perform routine equipment maintenance on time as scheduled to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Install and test equipment in-line with project timeline to meet project and company objectives
• Educate and train customers/users on proper usage of equipment to minimize errors
• Submit timely and detailed service reports in line with department SOP to keep management up to date on issues
• Any other duties to support the team

Working Conditions
• 12-hour on site shift work with rotating schedule
• Moving between customer sites (hospitals, nursing homes)

• Educational Qualification: Minimum O-level graduate
• Experience: 1-2 years, fresh graduates will be considered

• Maintain high level sales activity at all times with minimum of 12 sales appointments per week
• Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix sales goals
• Successfully develop business plan with management for weekly, monthly and quarterly strategic sales objectives
• Proactively set up product tests or demonstrations for end-users as necessary
• Deliver clear and concise presentations for prospective clients
• Effectively complete sales activity & opportunities reports, sales order paperwork, installation assistance, and sales training as well as maintaining customer contact database
• Serves as a liaison between manufacturers and the customer on shipment and quality matters
• Facilitate customer training sessions on Medication carts and Hospital furniture
• Lead strategic business and forecasting discussions with principles to meet sales goals, establish new accounts and grow existing customer sales
• Strong understanding of all of Omni-Health solutions and consulting services
• Complete sales activity tracker, pending business and 30-60-90 day forecast reports for your accounts, bookings and invoiced numbers
• Assess sales probability and forecast revenue expectations
• Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues to achieve corporate objectives and cross communicate on projects with the R&D, avoiding conflicts and ensuring all resources are utilized in maximizing our position in winning sales opportunities
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by company

Job Specifications
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
• Experience: Candidate will have 3+ years business sales experience within the Healthcare sector
• Additional requirements: Successful track record of planning and ex*****on, excellent working knowledge of MS OFFICE and associated applications are required, Excellent written and verbal (English & Bahasa), aggressive follow-up and closing skills, skilful negotiation and presentation abilities
• Ability for overnight travel regionally with a base in Kuala Lumpur required
