This post is dedicated to one of our beloved customer who dined with us today.
We noticed that our crab pot was left untouched/unfinished. First of all, we would like to extend our sincere apologies to that customer. We are not sure if the crab wasn’t very fresh or tasted weird, that’s why the pot was left untouched. Please rest assure that we only serve fresh crabs and all the crabs are handpicked on the day itself. However if the crab is found to be not very fresh or tasted weird, please let us know and we will gladly prepare a fresh pot for you.
Lastly, to the customer who left the pot without eating today, please contact us when you see this post. We apologise for the unpleasant dining experience and would like to make it up to you.
