After 15 incredible years of unforgettable moments, it’s time for one last toast. On 22 September 2024, our Indoor Stadium outlet will be closing its doors. It’s been an amazing journey with all of you, filled with cheers, laughter, and good times.

In celebration of 𝐙𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 (𝟎𝟐 - 𝟎𝟔 𝐒𝐞𝐩 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒), Brewerkz is excited to share about our sustainability initiatives in line with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030’s goal of reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills.

Brewerkz is playing our part by finding alternative uses for brewers spent grain (BSG) - a by-product of brewing beer. Currently 40 million tonnes of BSG are produced each year, enough to fill 80,000 Olympic sized swimming pools.

NEWGrain+ is our brand of products that we make using BSG. Through research and development, we have managed to create products ranging from tortilla chips to pizza bases that are equally tasty and more nutritious than conventional ones. Come on down to selected outlets to try them today where each bite goes towards saving the environment!

A collaboration of champions!

Brewerkz (SG), Deadman Brewery (HK) and Far Yeast Brewing Company (JP) – respective Country Champion Breweries at Asia Beer Championship 2023 have come together to create a trio of innovative & new craft beers that will delight enthusiasts across the region and beyond. The collaboration is supported by Yakima Chief Hop‘s FWD program – a new hop innovation program focused on data-driven decisions and community involvement.

𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐈𝐏𝐀 (𝟔.𝟓% 𝐀𝐁𝐕, 𝟐𝟖 𝐈𝐁𝐔) pays homage to Far Yeast Brewing Company’s Hop Frontier Juicy IPA (Gold Award, New England/Hazy IPA category). The result is a straw-coloured brew that delivers decadently succulent tropical and elegantly piney flavours and intense haziness. Overall, an appealingly easy IPA with light bitterness and round body.
