Slow living at its best, this HDB BTO flat embodies tranquil material and colour palettes that encourage relaxation at home. It’s a multi-gen family home where our designers made design choices with longevity in style and durability – ensuring all family members enjoy a timelessly chic and comfortable space. Seen in the living area is a feature wall decked in neutral-coloured tiles with dimensional textures. It cocoons the space with a cosy touch, while cove lighting and soft illumination from the streamlined TV console emit warm minimalist vibes.
Airy sophistication sweeps through the open-concept kitchen flanked by a gorgeous matching Volakas marble set of tabletop and backsplash.The island counter embraces a gentle curvature and fluted panels, an on-trend look that creates an inviting ambience for family moments.

[2 Room Flexi HDB] @ Yishun Glen

Curves are simply surreal, and these elegant forms transform this ordinary apartment into a mid-century modern dream. Under our designers’ artful eye in design symmetry and colour, this petite home also gets a huge boost in style and visual space. Sliding glass doors with intricate arched details make the bedroom feel a lot more inviting and extra spacious. A verdant green paint hue for an accent wall makes a striking contrast against wood-look finishes and sets a more intimate setting for rest.
Pops of green are also applied for the kitchen cabinetry and outline the custom-built units with a soothing yet contemporary aesthetic. Dressed up in a curated mix of mid-century modern furnishings, the shared living and dining area embodies an enduringly liveable style.

[4 Room HDB] @ Punggol Grove

An odd-shaped layout poses design challenges, but an opportunity as well to demonstrate design ingenuity. This apartment’s unusual angles meant our designers had to think out of the box, which they have by streamlining awkward areas into part of a comfortable and liveable layout. One of which is the kitchen, now a semi open-concept space demarcated by sleek sliding doors.
A keen sense of spatial awareness is also present in the dining space flanked by storage-friendly cabinetry and ample walking room. The living room is a lounge-worthy dream with its clean lines and handsome textures that feel distinctly mid-century. Quietude fills the private zones with its restful colour palette and crisp white wardrobes with tasteful embellishments.

House Tour: American-country style interior design for 2 bedroom condo in Tanjong Rhu In the pursuit of a personalized haven, the soon-to-be-married owners embarked on transforming their 926 sq ft 2 bedroom condo in Tanjong Rhu. With a

A striking flooring tile always gets our attention. When you look closer, there’s so much more to admire about this cozy home with a hint of nostalgia. Welcoming the homeowners home is a L-shaped settee bearing beautiful rattan textures and noble wood tones. The distinct two-tone flooring treatment of terrazzo specks paired with neutral hues brings an artful edge of yesteryear.

More artful forms and inviting textures are introduced in the living area. Sliding doors with beautiful fluted glass panels are framed in graceful arc details to anchor the semi-open study. Function and form are executed perfectly with well-considered carpentry works in the form of a multi-purpose settee offering storage and a reading nook. The custom-built divider in the master bedroom offers privacy and functional amenities. These thoughtful touches and statement designs elevate everyday living, especially the textured tiles with ribbed lines cascading in the bathroom.

The best spot to recharge in. This balcony goes all out on relaxation with tons of daylight streaming in, lush foliage and an uplifting shade of orange. The designers played up the old-world charm of this chill-out nook with beautiful arched frames for the glass sliding doors. More light permeates through a glass opening between the balcony and the study, lending a tranquil view for these contemplative spaces. The kitchen adheres to a similar quiet aesthetic with its clean-lined design and muted colours. In the master bedroom, the designers thoughtfully worked in a two-sided divider – one side for privacy and the other as wardrobe storage. Casting a cosy glow in the bedroom is a lamp installed within the niche of the divider.

[Condo] Project @ Parc Esta.

To make a small and narrow space feel luxe, our designers worked in opulent yet minimalist touches for this condo unit. Emphasizing its high ceiling is a calming neutral colour palette to extend its visual height, and with minimalist lighting to tastefully accommodate the mid-century modern furnishings. A visual distinction is established with handsome wood-look wall panel strips that anchor the dining space.

Taking a streamlined approach in the kitchen and private areas, the team designed custom cabinetry with seamless handles and deeply contemplative colours for that restful glow. Small space living now becomes a peaceful getaway, especially with the bedroom’s bay window turned into a functional and relaxing settee with practical storage space tucked at the base.

[4 Room DBSS] Project @ Belvia

Cool, calm and collected – that’s what this DBSS resale flat is. It conveys a lived-in allure with stucco wall finishes and colonial-style accents. Who knew these otherwise contrasting styles could meld so well together, except for our designers who executed quite a transformation. This is exemplified in the communal zones, where the open-concept kitchen shines with a peninsular countertop sporting a gorgeous speckled stone finish. The private areas are equally eye-catching, especially the bathrooms with a curated pairing of tiles. With its own balcony and striking stucco wall effects anchoring the sleeping quarters, the master bedroom pulls off a relaxed look of grandeur.

Kitty corner done right in a modern elegant home. Decked in a classic white-and-wood design combo, this resale HDB flat truly pleases all human and feline occupants with thoughtfully curated details. The stunning open plan kitchen displays elevated chill vibes and a creative pet cubby hole housed within its island counter. Upping its design appeal is the marble backsplash matched with shaker-style cabinets and farmhouse-inspired hardware. Curved accents in the living area make for laidback lounging while ample built-in storage restores the calm by cordoning clutter. The master bedroom evokes equally serene vibes with full-height wardrobes showcasing elegant moulding details.

Fancy terracotta as much as these homeowners? Here’s how the warmth and richness of the clay based material has been translated into their HDB flat by our designers. The living area’s focal point is no doubt the characterful painted shade of auburn, with cream-hued walls to lift the colour. The other side features a cosy pantry nook with a chalkboard wall for more whimsy. In the open-concept kitchen, a delicious palette of caramel hues, dark wood finishes and arched panel detailing conveys elegant hospitality. A pared-back sense of modernity takes over in the private zones, where sleek glass panels in mild steel encase the walk-in wardrobe and a cement-inspired backdrop anchors the bathroom.

Parisian chic with stimulating symmetry makes this apartment feel like a boutique hotel. Granted the floor area is on the petite side, our designers endeavoured to upsize its visual space with a harmonious touch of colour and pattern. The serving window at the kitchen hosts a dining counter fronted by a gorgeous backdrop of Moroccan fish scale-style tiles. Similar symmetrical concepts can be found on the monochromatic kitchen backsplash with tiles in a herringbone arrangement. The bathroom also sports simple but striking linear details which span across the custom-designed vanity counter.
