The customer stated that the car had a slight misfire and didn't have CEL. After Further diagnosis discovered parts of the piston at the bottom of the car sump tank.

The customer requested a full engine rebuilt with all original parts!
1) Timing Chain Kit
2) Valve
3) Piston
4) Water Pump
5) PVC
6) All Gasket, seal, and O ring
7) Con Rod Bearing
8) All electrical connector

An early sign of Blown head gasket, Water, and Oil mix. This could be due to 2 reasons, a warp cylinder head or an aging head gasket.

The issue has to be solved immediately, having water inside the engine block could lead to a blown piston or a blown engine block.

We have done a full top overhaul including all gaskets at the top!

BMW 535I came in for Electrical diagnosis after ECU was repaired by other workshop. Took a total of 14 days from Diagnosis to Handover of Vehicle.

Problem Found
1) Left Headlight not lit
2) All 4 windows not working
3) Incorrect Electrical Seat Function
4) Rough Idle

Diagnosis
1) Remove every panel that consists of electrical Cable to identify broken or loose cable
2) Proper Coding to Module after ECU Repair
3) Solder & Heatshrink broken wire
4) Checking of all module internal board
5) Engine Ignition Coil & Spark Plug

Solution
1) Replacement of FRM plug and solder individual wire with heat shrink
2) Replacement of Rear Fuse Box Circuit Box
3) Replacement of Immobiliser Module with Coding
4) Replacement of Rear Boot Lid Control Switch
5) Repair and solder all broken wire with heat shrink
6) Rearrange of Ignition Coil plug sequence
7) Coding and Calibration of Window & Seat Module
8) Tail Light plug modification

Happy with the end result with all wires being properly repaired and Tape wrapped with tidyness. The vehicle ran perfectly and all issues have been resolved.
