Responsibilities:
-Responsible for office administration in the Maintenance Department
-Paper work, documentation and data entry including issuing invoices and stock taking
-Ensure smooth running of daily workshop operations
-Manage and monitor inventory and storage area (Bus Spare Parts,etc)
-Any ad-hoc duties as instructed by the Management
Requirements:
-Possess at least N Level certificate or equivalent certificate (SPM)
-Experiences in Store Keeping and Invoicing preferable
-Long term commitment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
-Willing to learn and has a pleasant personality
-Responsible and independent
-Quick and flexible thinking
-5.5 days work week
