The German Market Place is your one stop store for your taste of Germany. Our store offers a comprehensive selection of German foods and beverages. We believe nothing takes you back home quicker than the tastes and smells of your home country! The German Market Place has been serving its long time loyal customer base in Singapore since August, 1999. Today we are fortunate to live in a world where luxuries from thousands of miles away are available freshly each week. We recognise that our customers and indeed local Singaporeans & foreigners who have travelled to Germany and Europe often have an overwhelming craving for quality delicacies from home.
As per customer request and preference we are constantly reviewing our product range to include all your favourites. We believe we currently have the largest inventory of German products in Asia - 2000+ products! Due to popular request over the years we have added a smaller range of products sourced from Scandanavia, Holland, Switzerland, Austria and even the United Kingdom. The German Market Place has received multiple SME accolades for the personalised service that we offer. We are also proud to partner with a few carefully selected and established Singaporean Companies who domestically produce authentic products including Deli meats and breads. Our favourite times of year are Easter, Asparagus season and Christmas when we bring in a full container of all the wonderful seasonal products to make your festive occasions more merry.
Our retail store based at 609 Bukit Timah Road (next to Coronation Plaza) draws customers from all over the region. We encourage you to stop by and please help save our environment by bringing your own shopping bags! The German Market Place is also pleased to introduce our partner companies - D’Licious which is a store located at the Hollandse Club. D’licious stocks an extensive range of Dutch products as well as the wines from our South African store- the African Market Place. The African Market Place is located at the Hollandse Club, Singapore. Alongside a big selection of South African products are 150+ hand picked wines form the beautiful South African winelands.
