This February, Singapore celebrates the Year of The Dragon, a celebration marking the beginning of a new year on the Chinese Lunar calendar. In Singapore, the event is often marked by spectacular light-ups around parts of the city, visiting loved ones, and among other time-honoured traditions, embracing the colour red (a symbol of good fortune and joy). Clothing, decorations, and even the time-honoured tradition of giving hong bao (paper packets filled with money), are splashed out in red to ring in good fortune for the year ahead.

New year, new events!

January in Singapore promises to be an exciting one with performances from YOASOBI and Coldplay, the highly-anticipated Singapore Motor Show, and more. So if you’re planning to visit our slice of the world, be sure to add these events to your itinerary!

As we turn the page to 2024 and celebrate the year that is to come, let’s take some time and look back on some unforgettable moments with JetQuay from last year.

2023 saw significant changes to the CIP Terminal with constant facility updates, website and app relaunch, and more upgrades behind the scenes to accommodate the ever-changing needs of our esteemed guests traveling to and from Singapore.

VIPs from prestigious events and organisations such as the International Maritime Defence Exhibition (IMDEX) and Hyundai Motor Group, to guests for the Festival of Football and F1 Singapore all graced the halls of the CIP Terminal over the past year.

Various partnerships and activities were held as part of the group’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts. The most recent was an outreach program to the Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN) last September.

2023 has been an incredibly blessed one, and we could not have done it without both guests and our team’s support. It has been our utmost pleasure to serve this 2023, and we look forward to doing it again in the year to come. We hope you have an amazing and fulfilling Happy New Year!
