I am thrilled to share that our team has successfully completed a 14-month long development project in Vietnam,

This endeavor involved the construction and delivery of seven exceptional concepts, including two hotels, one private club, three restaurants, and one Japanese-inspired concept.

I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt appreciation and congratulations to our incredible local team, sub-contractors, kitchen team, builders.

Their unwavering dedication and hard work were instrumental in bringing these establishments to life. Managing a project of this magnitude required exceptional leadership, extensive experience, and a deep understanding of the process. Our team demonstrated outstanding expertise in not only overseeing the construction but also revising and refining the process to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of our valued clients.

Guess what? We will be showcasing some of our projects under new highlight "Project Feature" coverage right here on a regular basis!

Kickstarting this would be a Concept Development project with a Local Boutique Hotel, where we proposed a F&B concept direction in the concept planning process.

In this idealisation process, we shared our team's concept idea in terms of branding, customer journey through the sensory experience, menu planning and even special interior features for the restaurant. At the final stages, we also did an in-depth research study and benchmarking of their business both internally and externally.

Chef KK Kong

Chef KK Kong has been in the industry for 30 years. He is now the Executive Chef at Singapore Gold Club and the Vide-President for the Singapore Chefs Association. He also devotes his time to supporting future rising stars of the industry and is now the Team Manager of the Singapore National Culinary Team 2022.

Chef Koh Han Jie

With an industry working experience of 9 years, he is currently the Head Chef at Ce Soir, and he is also the Team Captain of the Singapore National Culinary Team 2022. Chef Han Jie is an essential panellist for our project as he also represents the millennial working population.
