I do not know why some payment did not go thru but it reflected SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT on your screen but not reflected on our payment app from NETS. Hence we email NETS. So if we do not recieve notification on our app, we will require cash payment or other app payment mode.
Currently, we have issue with some PayLah and Shopee payment. Not sure of other apps.
