Prerequisites:
1. Experience not required.
2. Participants must be born in year 2005 or 2006.
3. EZ link card or any identification document must be presented as evidence of age prior to participation.

Attire: Comfortable casual wear with covered shoes

How to register?
Just send the below details to our dedicated Whats-app number 9865 9000: (1) Participant’s full name, (2) Current school, (3) Date of birth, (4) Birth certificate number, (5) Parent/guardian’s name and contact number, and (6) Preferred session date (subject to availability)

What happens after registration?
1. Upon receiving your details, ALTIUS GLOBAL/ALTIUS ACADEMY will book your requested session date as availability permits. Once successful, you will receive your registration code via Whats-app.
2. You can then proceed to make payment via bank transfer – UOB Parkway Parade, in favour of ALTIUS ACADEMY PTE LTD”, Acct No:364-315-183-7. Please Whats-app us your bank transaction details once payment is made.
3. Booking will only be confirmed if payment is received in full within 24 hours from your receipt of the Whats-app registration code.

Terms & Conditions
1. Participant must arrive at least 15 minutes before try-out session time.
2. Parent/Guardian is strictly prohibited entry into the range.
3. Food and drinks not allowed in the range.
4. There is NO assessment or evaluation by coaches on your child for the event.
5. Fee paid is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund will be given for any cancellation or withdrawal from the event upon confirmation of given schedule.
6. We reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event, or to amend without assigning any reason whatsoever at any point of time at its own discretion.
7. We reserves the right to refuse or withdraw attendee participation if their actions are deemed to be a risk to themselves or pose a risk or nuisance to others or found medically unfit. No refund of payment shall be issued.
