🍀TCM Tuina (Massage) helps to relax your body and loosen your tight muscles, so that it would be easier for the physician to do the spinal manipulation treatment afterwards.
🍎Acupuncture helps to improve neck function and reduce pain. This is done by stimulating biochemical changes both locally (where the needles are placed) and in the central nervous system. These biochemical changes may help foster pain relief and other beneficial effects.
🌵Spinal manipulation is a technique where physicians use their hands to apply a controlled thrust (a force of a specific magnitude or degree in a specific direction) to a joint of your spine. The amount of force can vary, but the thrust moves the joint more than it would on its own. This is within the natural range of motion of the joint and can be controlled by the patient and the physician. The thrust will adjust the misalignment of the joint and the disc, thereby relieving the symptoms.
