Himalayas on Wheels Part 5

Organizing Yoga sessions is my volunteering hobby. Thanks to Uma Balji & Smile Projects for providing me chance to organize Yoga sessions at Perumal Temple between 10.00 - 1115 am, every Wednesday. Thanks to Vyasa Yoga Singapore for sending two trainee instructors to assist.

Participants are from different ages between 30-80 years. So we conduct easy postures which can be performed even on chair.
