Dear all beloved customers. We would like to clarify on some points of our packaging. For bottles with head pump, we will usually bubble wrapped around the head pumps to prevent leakage and also breakage. As for bottles without head pump, without boxes, just a bottle cap, we will usually tape it to prevent leakage. For those who have been purchasing from us though online will know how our packaging are. Customers are entitled to their reviews, to their own opinions but sellers/merchants deserve some understanding as well. It is very disheartening when we put so much effort in packing to make sure customers receive their packaging and items intact. 😞
