I am elated for one of my team mates who managed to close a new launch direct, a definite morale booster and possibly momentum builder with another on the horizon. In any line of work, there is bound to be nay-sayers who casts doubt and sow confusion. Switching agencies and roles the past couple of years, doubt crept in and there were people who were saying that I am โoutdatedโ, โno longer have the hungerโ, or โtoo oldโ.
Thankful to my clients and the PropNex management who have continued to place their trust in me, having the faith and confidence that I can value add in their property journey.

Fourth Platinum in eight months.
It took me 33 months before I achieved my first Platinum in PropNex.
So what went right? I cannot pin-point exactly, but looking back, perhaps there were two takeawaysโฆ
Reinvent and Staying Relevant!
1st platinum award was achieved after attending Sales Bootcamp & Leadership Bootcamp last year. Is it a coincidence?
Attending AST - Millionaire Master class twice perhaps reinforced the belief that such awards can be achieved consistently.
Of course, nothing can be achieved if we donโt have the support of our direct clients.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients, Propnex management, my partner Eileen Teoh, My ICBs, and Taggers who has helped us.
Praise The Almighty Lord who continues to keep me healthy, fill me with wisdom to reinvent and stay relevant to the ever changing market conditions.
Recently, many experienced RES had enquired on how I managed to make multiple switches, from Team Leader to Management and then back to Sales, the response will always be how I managed to reinvent and stay relevant.

SERS Rules in 2022
How does it affect you?
Under the new ruling, owners can only sell replacement HDB units after 5 years MOP. Previously, SERS Owners could sell their unit from 7 years after the date of selection or 5 years after the date of key collection. Right now, the estimated date will be around 9 years.
