🥳Congratulations To Mr & Mrs Suhaimi...!! They came a long long long way and with perseverance, determination and faith in me, they gave me a shot to sell their 4-RM in Ang Mo Kio Blk 544. And soon after renovation completed, they will be moving into a 5-RM fully-paid.

🤗They've gone a long way from the days when they couldn't even sell their 4-RM BTO in Yishun Avenue 4 Block 509C to the present, when they've relocated to Woodlands to be closer to their daughter's new school. (No more waking up at 5am for school anymore...!)🥳
To begin, we met 6/7++ years ago, at that time Fitri/wife co-own a flat with her parents. When both Yazrin and Fitri gotten married, they booked a unit directly from HDB hence Fitri has to remove her name out from her parents flat in order to proceed with the BTO flat that they purchased.
That's where her parents engaged me to sell their flat, and that's how we met.
Years later, after their Yishun 4-RM BTO had reached its 5 years MOP, they contacted me again.
Their check box for their next flat were:
✅️ Must be very near daughter’s school
✅️ Not facing carpark

7 Years ago we assisted Encik Rizal & Mdm Lizah to sell their unit in Yishun on a #03. During that time they had plans to purchase a new flat directly from HDB (many years ago to buy directly from HDB is very much easier, compared to now). My advice to them was:-
👉 Must buy a high floor unit
👉 Avoid top floor
👉 Make sure its corner unit
