The Pilates Place is a fully equipped Pilates Studio conveniently located at 22 Tiong Bahru Road, Singapore, which is only a 8 minute walk from Tiong Bahru MRT. Set amidst green & tranquil Tiong Bahru just outside of a fast-paced business district, our Studio is a welcome retreat into a tranquil private space where you can focus on an uplifting and holistic mind and body experience. There are park
ing facilities located within sight of the doorsteps to our Studio and many trendy new restaurants and bars located within the vicinity. The Pilates Place offers a range of Pilates classes on mat or apparatus. Our individual and group classes are categorized to suit different skill levels and needs. With classes kept small with groups of no more than 6 per class, you will get the individual care and attention from our teachers to guide you throughout the lesson. Our teachers are trained and certified in the STOTT PILATES® method. We also work closely with sports doctors and physiotherapists for clients who are seeking rehabilitation with Pilates practice. At The Pilates Place, we strive to provide both quality and consistency in our Pilates training. In teaching this, we believe in educating our clients about their bodies, to be more aware and listening of what their body is telling them, and explaining the right Pilates moves to achieve their goals and being the best they can be.
