For the first time, I had the exciting experience of catching my own prawns at a BBQ Hotpot restaurant. Starting at just $32.80+ per person, the place offers an extensive array of seafood, meats, and vegetables.

The meal includes unlimited access to a condiments bar, a selection of Chinese cold dishes, beverages, and ice cream. To top it all off, you can end your meal with the delightful treat of toasted marshmallows.

The variety of food selection (about 70+ items) , seafood/meats/veggies/live prawn to choose from and have some cooked food and fruits too ! And 6 soup based to choose from ! The place is vibrant , outside cooling, inside got air con and it is very kids friendly and with Instagram-able murals for lots of pictures taking opportunity and nice ambience for dinning .

They used traditional charcoal method for hotpot and BBQ . The hotpot can have two soup based so I choose Pork bone & Pig’s stomach Chicken and it taste so good 😊

Good concept of coffeeshop in daytime , and hotpot at night . Staff are also very helpful and attentive too ! Parking can be found outside the shop too.

And we enjoyed the food as well as the unique live prawn catching cos it is fun but the prawn will jump here and there so really quite challenging ! But it’s good experience. The seafood are very fresh and prawn 🦐 is so good and juicy 😋

We had the pleasure of experiencing something truly unique - the Live Prawn Hotpot with Teppanyaki BBQ Buffet at Jackpot Hotpot 金多宝. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was inviting, with fairy lights twinkling and murals filled with many photo opportunities.

The highlight of the evening was definitely the live prawn fishing. It was such a thrill to catch these lively prawns from the tank. The period refill of prawn guaranteed hygiene.

There were over 70 types of ingredients to choose from, ranging from seafood, meats, assorted mushrooms, and an array of vegetables.

There are 6 different soup base to choose from. We have opted for 猪肚鸡 and 番茄, both of which blends in perfectly with the unami flavors.

The sizzling sounds and enticing aromas of the marinated meats filled the air.

Throughout the meal, we enjoyed free-flowing condiments and sauces, soup refills and selected complimentary drinks. There are also juicy watermelon and ings ice-creams. It was a refreshing way to conclude a satisfying dining experience.

This hotpot is really delicious especially the mala soup! They offer a wide variety of meat, veggies, seafood, sides for hotpot and also live prawn! It was so fun catching the prawn and it’s so fresh! Each group of customer also get a spin and stand a chance to win crab!!! Head there to try!

As a coffeeshop in the day, transforms into an EXCITING hotpot eatery by night.

How exciting? For one, you get to catch live prawns for your hotpot. Although we were slightly guilty tossing the live prawns into the hotpot, these freshly cooked prawns were so damn delicious.

Their dinner hotpot at $26.80+ is value-for-money as you have access to a wide variety of ingredients. Sauces and drinks are free-flow and you can even participate in an instant draw to win exclusive prizes such as Alaska Crab, Boston Lobster, Tower Beer, Iberico Pork or a beverage.

Though the Lunch Hotpot doesn't include live prawning or instant draw, it is lower in cost at $18.80+ and still worth it. We were most impressed by their rich broths and tasty noodles. Check out my reel to find out what you can enjoy at !

Recently We found a yummy & affordable Charcoal Steamboat near Bishan area 😍

We had our dinner at 😍
They are using charcoal for their steamboat.
Their soup is delicious too, and they are buffet style.
Very affordable even with fresh & live prawn for you to catch & eat 😱

They even have free-flow homemade drinks & free-flow of ice cream for you to take.
Lots of condiments for you to mix & match to your preference.
And they have varieties of ingredients to choose from.
The place is also spacious & windy too.

My family & I enjoyed our dinner together at 😍

Want to try catching live prawns? Buffet hotpot with live prawns, drinks and sauce included? Plus a chance to win Alaska Crab! You can get all at the 90 minutes buffet dinner offered by Jackpot Hotpot 金多宝 for just S$26.80+.

The default soup base is Pork Bone 大骨. Other soup bases which come with additional S$3+ surcharge are Pumpkin 金瓜, Tomato 番茄, Mala 清油麻辣, Mushroom 菌菇, and Pig’s Stomach Chicken 猪肚鸡. Selected Pumpkin and Pig’s Stomach Chicken soup bases which was served in a copper hot pot yuan yang style with charcoal burning in it. Both soup bases were peppery and creamy in taste with the pumpkin version with a slightly sweet aftertaste.

The highlight of the meal was catching the live prawns in the tank with tongs. Each table will be given be a small bucket to put the prawns.

Wide selection of ingredients to select from. Seafood such as abalones, scallops, tiger prawns, mussels, clams were displayed on ice. Sliced meat as such as pork belly, beef, lamb were pre-plated, making it convenient to take from the fridge. Th instant noodles were in colorful flavors such as spinach, carrot and purple potato.

Help yourself to the drinks at dispensing machine. Don’t forget to craft a dipping sauce from the various condiments available in the condiment counter to accompany each steaming bite.

Dining alfresco style was quite cooling as there’s huge air coolers around. Ended with Mingo ice-cream where there’s Lychee, Lime, Chocolate and Strawberry to choose from.
