At the main dining counter, antique metallic finishes maintain the warmth and texture. A solid oak countertop in a lighter tone, stands out against the richness of the space and holds guests’ attention. Architectural elements of Chijmes are incorporated throughout the design, highlighting the cultural juxtaposition of the design and the food.⁣

The finer elements of French culinary inspiration are presented alongside the classic sensibility of Japanese cuisine and dining culture in a modern interpretation of a Japanese grill. ANJU:

Anju is an authentic traditional Korean restaurant located along Tras St. It is a Korean term for food consumed with alcohol. In order to bring out the gist of Korean culture, designers pay close attention to details right from the entrance door to the selection of the decorative lights, design of the curved screen at the reception and the specially treated walls at the booth seating area. All these adds up to the experience diners get in the restaurant and compliment the strong concept given by the client.

Sake Labo:

Sake Labo - literally means Sake Lab. With an interesting Japas dining concept, it consist of a bar and mezzanine. From the entrance, there are sake placed on ledges made of brick. Those are high-quality, small batch craft sake imported directly from Japanese breweries. Overall, the restaurant uses warm wooden elements and blue as the accent color. Decorative lights in brass finish were placed on the counter and walls which help to emphasize the style and give character to the space.

Nishikane:

With its bold & warm interior, Nishikane is an omakase restaurant hidden within the busy central business district area. At the main dining area is where we can find an intimate 14 seater dining counter finished with dark brown textured granite countertop, with earthy oak wood panels for its counter body dressed with sleek wooden and black leather seat chairs. Warm lighting were using throughout to give off a cozy environment, allowing customers to feel welcomed and relaxed while dining in.
