Posted • Not sure how to make programme bookings on the refreshed booking platform? Do not fret! We’re here to help you navigate through the changes.

As we migrate from the ActiveSG app to MyActiveSG+, here are some key things to note when booking your desired programme slots:

👉 All programmes commencing from 15 July onwards will be available on MyActiveSG+ from 1 July (14 calendar days in advance).

👉 Programmes commenting before 15 July can still be booked on the ActiveSG app.

👉 You do not need to ballot to secure your desired programme slots.

Posted • 🚨 [IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT] you may experience a temporary inconvenience as we work to bring you a smoother experience with MyActiveSG+.

Between 15 and 30 June, your ActiveSG credits will be migrated in batches to MyActiveSG+. 🏃 Once your ActiveSG credits appear on the MyActiveSG+ platform, you will no longer be able to use them on the ActiveSG app. You can expect the migration to be completed before 1 July 2024.

In the meantime, you can continue to make payments online via credit/debit cards, or in person at the Sport Centres with NETS, PayNow, or credit/debit cards.

🚨Important update for you.🚨

Starting 15 May 2024, MyCash top-up will be permanently ceased on the ActiveSG app. But no need to fret, your current balance remains valid until 14 August.

During this period, feel free to use it for facility bookings, programme registrations or payments to ActiveSG merchant partners. 🙌🏼

However, after 15 August, any remaining balance will be automatically refunded to you. Remember to link your NRIC to PayNow.
