DM Interior | Residential: Monochromatic Sophistication
For active households with growing children, an elegant home that is easy to maintain is often the top requirement during our interior design consultations.
With that in mind, we designed this bungalow for the family of four using monochromatic hues of graphite and deep shades, revealing a space that is both timeless and eye-catching. At the heart of the design is the power of contrast - the distinction between dark hues and reflective textures, plus varying jewel tones to balance the depth of the house. This creates a sense of drama and impact without overpowering the sophisticated atmosphere.

DM Interior | The epitome of luxury, this home theatre within a good class bungalow is a visual feast of jewel tones and dazzling opulence.
The most fundamental aspect when designing such a space, yet often overlooked, is the usage of the correct lighting. Lighting sets the tone in the theatre, more so than any other element within it. A luminous glow was used to soften edges, enhancing the visual focus rather than flashing the eyes with harsh beams. Incorporating the latest technology, we brought the starry ceiling to life with shooting stars and color-changing properties.
A creation fit for only the most glamorous lifestyles, this is a home theatre that’s designed to impress.

DM Interior | Residential: Modern Elegance
Our Japanese-Chinese clients came to us hoping to create a contemporary luxury aesthetic for one of their homes located at Ladyhill Road. This particular unit is to be used as a home office for socialising and remote meetings.
Fusing Zen aesthetics with a modern ambience, the DM team implemented elements of wood and marble to carve out a look of luxury. A light and laconic colour palette of white and warm creamy hues act as the perfect backdrop to allow the beauty of these exceptional natural materials to stand out. Subtle charcoal and grey accents pepper the space with gentle touches of visual weight. The living room and dining room are given a refined finish with bespoke furnishings, whereas bedrooms are restful havens of peace and tranquillity, evoking a hotel-like feel.

DM Interior | Good Class Bungalow: Modern Sophistication
Pairing a minimalist approach with indulgent crystal and marble elements, we transformed this mansion into a phenomenal space of extravagance for this family of four from Hong Kong.

Another memorable year, as our 28,000sqf Good Class Bungalow project, “Vintage Exuberance”, won the Honorary Mention for BEST RESIDENTIAL CONCEPT DESIGN at the 2023 Singapore Interior Design Awards!🏆✨

In this winning project, old-world glamour makes a classic come back. The new-immigrant owners wanted an understated luxury that reflects their heritage, so we mixed Art deco style of the 1930s Shanghai with an interesting touch of 19th century Parisian, Jazz Age and 21st century lounge.

DM Interior | Good Class Bungalow: Affluent Splendour
For this good class bungalow, we worked with elite materials to infuse a grandiose touch to bring out the magnificence of the house. Reflective elements create dimension, while high-gloss surfaces evoke glamour and poise. Special thought was given to the wine cellar space to ensure that it safeguards while it impresses, showcasing the owner’s phenomenal collection of rare wines.
The highlight of the house is an elevated crystalline enclosure that translates into a unique U-shaped sky gallery above the ground. It cleverly connects the two residential blocks, transforming it into an exclusive gallery walkway to exhibit the owner’s prized art collection. A brand new relaxing lounge area is also carved out, as well as a gym room, for the 3-generation family to enjoy holistic family time.

DM Interior | Residential: Eclectic Colonial Sophistication
Bright and amplifying, the colonial theme within this 4-storey cluster bungalow is both stylish and luxurious, perfectly aligned with the vision of the owner, a social elite and his young family.
To enhance comfort and living experience, neutral tones were selected to maximise the lucent feel and modernise the interior. We exemplified the mix of natural light, ornamentation and tactile tangibility—from the sunlight streaming in through glass elements, to the adorned walls as well as a curated lounge area.
Cleverly harmonising the living room with the balcony area, we transformed it into a dual-functioning space that is perfect for both lounging and entertainment. Shade and plants offer privacy while also retaining the nature-inspired aesthetic. The end result is a de facto abode, a stunning urban sanctuary that is timeless with a touch of contemporary flair.

Bought a cat 🐈 a 3000sqf penthouse at Holland Road 🥰😍
DM Interior | Residential: Metropolitan Luxury
You won’t get any closer to the prestigious urban life than this penthouse at Holland Road, one of Singapore’s premium districts. The DM team designed a charismatic blend of three components specially for this unit: classic, modern and futuristic all at once, taking the interior to a whole new level. We mixed current elements such as sharp edges and sleek lines for a tranquil, luminous appeal; whereas a timeless color palette paired with gold toned finishes provide a glamorous touch. Italian marble floors cover the property and bespoke cabinetry adorns the walls. The open kitchen contains a quartzite kitchen island with full set appliances from De Dietrich. Each state-of-the-art detail was curated with care alongside its aesthetic style and uplifting artistry, resulting in contemporary living at its most luxurious.

An elegant & minimalistic style was chosen for this young couple to create their dream home.
Wood and marble elements add a luxurious touch within the Scandinavian mood, whereas gentle muted tones set the direction for a refreshing ambience. Furnishings with unique factors were selected to further enhance the distinct characteristics of the space while creating interest to the overall effect.

For this striking bachelor pad located in district 9, we went all out with the masculine theme to reveal a space that is structured, smooth and full of strength.
Reflective finishes and rich leather furnishings give an intriguing quality, while geometric patterns, sharp edges and defined lines create a polished & luxurious ambience. The highlight of the living room is the transformative Murphy bed that serves its purpose for a good night’s rest, at the same time remains hidden when not in use for a great space-saving factor.
Black and various dark hues take central stage, however, the shades are mixed with a warm undertone for a sense of intimacy, since the core identity of the masculine energy should appeal to both genders.

The hip owners of this unit envisioned an artistic and modern space that can serve as a perfect backdrop for their range of art collection by renowned contemporary artists at home. We shaped the interior with clean lines, complementary colors and plenty of storage spaces to ensure a clutter-free aesthetic, while balancing minimalistic traits with stylised furnishing. The result is an endlessly adaptable glamorous Interior that showcases strong creative flair, at the same time balancing aesthetic and function for daily living.
