The Sentosa Cove Arrival Plaza is 16 years old (completed in 2006-07) and still looking good.

Bringing natural daylight into the basement, the water courtyard featuring a weeping stone wall also creates an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. [1/3]

We've done industrial projects too! The prominent feature of this building is the longitudinal C-shaped aluminium bar that frames factory units and shields the interior from the direct sun.

Mirror panels are used to create elongated illusions of space in the bedrooms.

The double-volume living room features full-height glass windows to capture natural light, with adjustable glass louvres at the side for natural ventilation.

The presence of water is felt in the koi pond, as well as the lily pond in the front garden which extends into the house as an internal water feature under the staircase.

Just completed at Andrew Rd ... Aside from changing finishes and “renewing the look of the house”, A&A projects aim to also make the spaces more livable. In this case, with the simple addition of a glass trellis for rainshading, the house can now open up into the poolside areas for better openness, spatial continuity and natural ventilation.

Dream Spaces: Modernising The Kampung House A modern tropical house in Kembangan recalls the area’s past as home to traditional kampong houses.

Plots with a long entrance driveway do not give the house a prominent frontage. Instead, one gets a large private courtyard at the centre that has no neighbouring houses overlooking.

The external staircase at Pasir Ris - leads directly up to a small outdoor garden space at the second storey, without having to walk through the main entrance and living room.
