Accounting Executive/Assistant

Job Scope: -
* Full sets of accounts including account receivables, account payables, payments, receipts, bank reconciliation and fixed assets schedules
* Compilation of Financial Report according to Singapore FRS
* Conversion of Financial report to XBRL language
* Payroll works including computation of clients’ employees salary, preparation of payroll summary, payslips, IR8A and etc.
* Handle returns, Form C-S/C submission, GST quarterly report and filing
* Able to communicate and liaise with clients independently
* Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting and compliance
* To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent (Preferred with ACCA or CPA Aus)
* Good at excel, word & PDF
* Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
* Good team player, meticulous, independent, and possess good communication skills.
* Have relevant education qualification or working experience
* Experience in working in an Accounting firm is preferred
* Initiative to resolve challenges faced, committed and able to manage multiple deadlines
