Building and maintaining habits can be challenging, but there's a trick to staying consistent: just show up!

Motivation may not always be there, and some days might feel the opposite.

However, the key is to take small steps towards your bigger goal or to keep the momentum of an existing habit.

If you don't feel like pushing yourself physically, that's okay. Get on your mat and go at your own pace instead.

Not in the mood for a run? Take a slow walk along the same route to keep your mind connected to the habit.

Remember, there's no need to compare yourself to others.

The only person you should focus on is yourself.

What classes are safe for me to start off with after delivery?

Getting back to exercise can be intimidating for many postnatal mums.

Should you be immediately starting off with your regular workouts, whether it is yoga, running or strength training?

Here’s our tip:

✅ Start by focusing on strengthening your abdominal (transverse abdominis) and pelvic floor muscles with minimal impact.

✅ Go for 30-minute outdoor walks.

✅ Avoid over-stretching your midsection.

So, to answer the question of which class is more suitable for postnatal mums…

TRX (Level I) is a highly recommended as a starting point for you to streng body!


The session is curated to target the very specific muscle group that will help you with a smooth and safe recovery.with our instructors and we’ll help you work with your body’s needs!

Once you’ve strengthened your abdomen and joints, you can safely incorporate yoga into your routine.

Rising up to a challenge.

Sometimes we go through a moment in time where we feel sluggish, unmotivated and endlessly tired.

There are many reasons behind this.

For example:

1. You have been having weeks long work hours without proper rest.

2. Stress and worries due to deadlines.

3. Improper diet, eg: excessive fast food.

4. Lack of exercise.

5. Joint pains due to inflammation or lack of flexibility.

But this doesn't have to be the way you live for the rest of the year, till you "find the perfect opportunity" to make a change.

There's always an opportunity to RECHARGE and I like the first of every month to begin new fitness routines and challenges to beat lives mundane activities.
