We would like to take this opportunity to emphasize that we use premium meats and serve at affordable prices (as feasible as possible), and that we design the meat to be the focus in our main dishes.

To further clarify on the secreto cut, it is actually the armpit meat that is the "secret" cut (also one of most expensive cuts) from the Spain's acorn-fed pigs - Ibérico Black Pork. It's name in Chinese is called "不见天" (direct translation: No See Sun).
