We are Hiring - Operations Team Staff with valid Class 3/3A license

Job Description

You will be responsible for the following :

a. Wedding Setup and Collection

o Preparation and planning of inventory items for wedding setups according to updated job sheet

o Reporting any logistical issues or broken props in a timely manner to design team

o Coordinate with florist to ensure the correct quantity of flower arrangements are ready for delivery

o All setup must be completed by the completion time stated in each of the work order

o Upon completion of wedding, you are required to tear down all setup and to return all props back to office

o Ensure all props are packed properly and protected from breakage during collection and inventory of props are to be maintained as well.

b. Delivery of on-line orders

o You will be responsible for the delivery of all our online orders as assigned and ensuring timely delivery with proper proof of delivery (POD)

o You are also required to assist with the collection of flowers from nurseries as and when required by our florist team

c. Maintenance and upkeeping of store

o You are required to maintain the store and ensure all inventories are kept and stored in respective areas. You are to constantly ensure the store is kept tidy for easy retrieval for subsequent use.

Job Description

As a Junior Florist, you will be required to perform the following tasks:

1. Assist creative director with floral preparation and arrangement

2. Assist to purchase right quantity of florals for each event from nursery

3. Fulfill online orders – bouquets, table arrangement, opening stands, hampers, etc.

4. Fulfill wedding orders — preparation of VIP & guest table centerpieces, etc.

5. Occasional on-site floral arrangements for long tables, aisle stands floral and stage decoration etc as required.
