Hispanic heritage month,

Exploring the history of empanadas and talking a little about their anatomy, ingredients, preparation, flavor variations, exploring similar foods in different countries was our contribution during this month.
Busy month but definitely a very fun experience.

U.S. Embassy Singapore’s Diversity and Inclusion Working Group invited Monica Beltran from Munets Empanadas to talk about the rich and tasty history of empanadas in celebration of ! We learned so much about the culinary history, importance, and creation of empanadas in a virtual sharing session. We also tasted four delicious varieties of empanadas!
