Emotional wellness and mental health are integral aspects of our overall well-being.
Emotional wellness refers to the ability to understand and manage our emotions
effectively, leading to a sense of balance and fulfillment in life. It involves being aware of our feelings, expressing them appropriately, and coping with stressors in healthy ways.
Both emotional wellness and mental health are interconnected, with one influencing the other. When we prioritize emotional wellness by practicing self-care, maintaining healthy relationships, and seeking support when needed, we can improve our overall mental health. Conversely, when mental health issues arise, such as depression or anxiety, they
can affect our emotional well-being and quality of life.

如何保持情绪与心理健康·？
情绪和心理·健康·对于我们整体身心·健康·是不可缺也息息相关·。 情绪健康·是指有效理解和管理情绪的能力，从而带来生活的平衡和满足感。它包括意识到自身的感受并给与适当地表达，以正面健康的方式应对压力。

情绪和心理健康相互关联的，二者都相互影响。当我们通过自我保健、维持健康的人际关系和在有需要时寻求支持来优先考虑和对待我们的情绪健康，我们就能改善我们的整体心理健康。相反的，当出现抑郁或焦虑等心理健康问题时，我们的情绪健康和生活质量也会受影响。

The first kick off topic is on “Hair Science and Hair Character” presented by Kenny Chew-Tresses Studio which received an overwhelming response learners. Many questions on ‘hair’ has been raised and everybody learned throughout from this webinar workshop👍
