Renovating and installing a retail space at the Raffles Hotel, #02-35

Our client engaged our services to turn visions and ideas for her retail unit, into a reality. In addition to new floor tiles for the entryway, we also painted the adjacent walls and installed new partitions, lights, cabinets, and shelving with natural raw wood finishes.

Whole new toilet at 23 Pasir Ris Way

Owner wanted a toilet on the 4th floor, SO WE MADE ONE!

We build up the walls and made a new plumbing system for the toilet

We then went out shopping for the tiles and toilet accessories as soon as we got all of it we went right down to
Laying the tiles > Electrical > False celling > carpentry > toilet accessories

New tiles for a toilet in Terrasse Condo

The old tiles spoiled due to direct contact to cleaning acid.

We hack out the old wall tiles and retiled all of it

We completed it in 3 1/2 days, as soon as we were done we clean out all rubbish and washed the toilet.

New Tiles for balcony from old timber deck:

We removed the old and shabby Timber Deck which was collecting a lot of dirt and leafs underneath.

Cleaned up the floor.

Cement screed ensuring a gradient towards the drain to avoid ponding of water in the future.

Finally laying the tiles. Our customer was very happy with the final result of our work.

Waterproofing of roof:
Springside view

A new coat of waterproofing to give the house a new look.

We had to jet wash all algae from the roof first and let it dry for a day.

From there, we applied 3 coats of waterproofing to ensure optimal coverage.

Repainting of Rooms:

The walls were in bad condition with molds and salt attack.

A nice coat of sealer was applied first to ensure that the paint sticks well and to prevent the growth of mold.

Fresh coat of timber floor varnish was also applied to all rooms to give them a complete, fresh look.

The owners of the house engaged our services to solve their water seepage issue. They shared their problem with us that water was seeping through the walls along the staircase that would make puddles.
We diagnose the problem was the exterior cracks on the roof and side wall of the house.

We are finally done with the waterproof project after 2 long weeks.
After 3 base coats of waterproofing was done
We level the floor with cement screed and applied another coat of waterproof membrane to ensure complete waterproofing.
We gave the owners a complimentary clean up of the house and areas bothering them

The owners of the house engaged our services to solve their water seepage issue. They shared their problem with us that water was seeping through the walls along the staircase that would make puddles.
We diagnose the problem was the exterior cracks on the roof and side wall of the house.

It took longer than expected to scrap all of the existing waterproofing. But we manage to clear it all up.
Now that the OLD waterproofing is cleared we have started on applying 3 coats of new waterproof membrane.
The cracks were hacked open yesterday to enable better plastering and waterproofing.

Here we are scrapping out and jet spraying approximately 800 sqft of old waterproofing that was not done right. we are scrapping to reapply anew and better coat of waterproofing.

We are excited to handover this project back to the owner. We are finally handing over the project after 5 long months of work which is longer than usual due to the lack of manpower caused by Covid-19.

Excavating the soil up to build the formwork and then the wall.
we are currently building the form work for the last stretch of wall.
Pouring hardcore to fill up and level the soil.
We will start concreting and put up the fences after that.

This is a new project that we have taken up to remove existing timber deck and install our signature timber deck.
*What makes our timber deck special: we construct our timber deck with metal structures which enables it to last longer and stay nicer for a longer time. We take pride in quality!
*5 YEARS WARRANTY*

1. Here we have tied the wood to our metal structure support with stainless steel screws.
2. Sand down all wood again to ensure the wood is as smooth as possible.
3. Vanish the wood with another 3 coats of vanish to ensure even colour and full protection.
