Posted • As you explore the refreshed booking platform, here is a quick guide to help you navigate facility and programme bookings on MyActiveSG+.

🗓️ From 1 July 2024, you can make bookings for all facilities and programmes starting from 15 July on MyActiveSG+.

🗳️ Facility bookings on MyActiveSG+ will utilise a hybrid approach:
Peak hour facility bookings will use a balloting system.
Non-peak hour facility booking slots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

🙋‍♀️ ALL programmes will be available for booking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Between 15 and 30 June, your ActiveSG credits will be migrated in batches to MyActiveSG+. 🏃 Once your ActiveSG credits appear on the MyActiveSG+ platform, you will no longer be able to use them on the ActiveSG app. You can expect the migration to be completed before 1 July 2024.

In the meantime, you can continue to make payments online via credit/debit cards, or in person at the Sport Centres with NETS, PayNow, or credit/debit cards.
