Traditional Yoga and Ajurveda Massages - by Tarun Sharma
Tarun and his wife Anita are certified yoga teachers from India. Tarun also provides Ajurvedic massages.
Their main aim is to show people how to return back to our breath with the use of asanas and breathing techniques, which helps improving our health.
For this month I will be teaching at Genejoga every Tuesday 6pm and every Friday 5pm

A week in an island with no cars just yoga ;) , meditation and Ajurveda
Knowledge is limitless and to flower ourself we must be open to experience, observe every moment.
Beginning of this nature starts with the regular practice of yoga.
Yoga practices are really great way to keep ourself well and healthy.
To start yoga all it takes is an action
Mayurasana have great benefits and here i am listing a few :-
Improves the function of digestive system and makes abdomen stronger.
Makes our elbows, wrist, spine, and shoulders stronger.
Increases our focusing power of the mind.
It improves the posture.
Next week we will be practising some asanas that help us to reach Mayurasana 🙏🧘♀️🙏🧘♂️🙏
Asanas practiced in a moving surface are challenging. They require our full attention and our mind is calmer naturally 🙏🧘♀️🙏🧘♂️🧘♀️
Ashtvkrasana makes the arms and wrists strong. It tones and strengthens the abdominal muscles, thereby improving digestion. It helps build concentration and balance.
With regular practice we can do anything. 💖🧘♂️🧘♀️
Compassion towards all is a great way to stay happy and tuned. Only thing it requires is a constent reminder by the regular practices

Yoga and Marma Massage
Yoga is a beautiful way to bring awareness to what is the most important part of a human life. I have only became a yoga teacher after years of my own regular practice. I am very happy to have knowledge about yoga and what benefits it can bring to the body, mind and soul. Its like a magic but you must work on yourself to feel this magic of self-realization.
Yoga is not only about body exercise but much more. In my practices my main aim is not to collect the students and keep teaching them once a week for rest of my life but my aim is that students practice it daily with a thought that yoga is part of life just like eating food, drinking water, sleeping and working.
Little bit about Ayuveda Marma Therapy :-
Marmas are the pressure points throughout our body. in Ayurveda we also call it as energy points. When these points are pressed and massaged with a good amount of pressure (different for every body type) it can make a great unbelievable benefits in our body. It can also help cure lots of disease, stress, depression and pain through out our body. In Ayurveda they say that everything starts from the body and everything can be cured by the body too.
According to Ayurveda our body is made of five elements: water, earth, fire, air and space. If these are in balance you feel calm and connected no matter what the situation is around you.
I will be very happy to share my knowledge with more people around and help as much as I can. As i feel this knowledge can make a big difference in human life.
