Last week, we attended BizzPoint: A.I. Powered Workplace: Redefining Teams and Talent, organized by Bizz.io.

Marko also delivered a presentation on organizational diagnostics and guided us through important aspects to consider when improving team performance. Yesterday we held our first 🎉

Together with Živa Praprotnik and Rajko Glamočanin from United.Cloud, we explored common communication and collaboration barriers, particularly in fast-growing companies where employees may struggle with 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.

Today, Manca Jelenčič and Tina Avguštinčič delivered a presentation on HR analytics and diagnostics to a group of HR management students. ⤵

They started with an overview of what HR analytics encompasses, and then the participants tried their hand at practical examples. They worked in groups to analyze various reports, graphs, and organizational networks and then presented their findings to others.

Manca and Tina finished with some interesting trends that we discovered from our past analyses.

The atmosphere was excellent and there was a lot of knowledge exchanged. 🎯
