The Handlebar bag harness consists of two parts -- the fastening system "harness" and the sealed dry pack. The dry pack is waterproof and can be of different volumes 8, 11, 15 liters, the photo shows the volume of 8 liters. The dry pack can be closed in two ways, the classic option when the entrances are closed independently or the option convenient for drop bar handlebars with minimal twists.

The bag in the photo is made of materials: X-pac (harness), Ecopak (dry pack), Woojin hardware, polyamide webbing and reflective shock-cord, nylon velcro, EVA foam spacers etc.

A small order of a frame bag and top tube bag for the Lynskey GR300 gravel went to a customer in France.

The specific feature of this frame is that the internal routing of the cables interferes with attaching the bag to the frame.
This is a strange solution for an adventure bike. Moreover, on some Google photos it is possible to see the cable port from the bottom of the tube.
In general, this is not the first case of such a construction in our practice and we know how to fit the bag with such a frame.
The top tube bag is a standard bag but with eyelet fastening instead of Velcro.

Small order from a customer in Denmark – a frame bag for his Breezer Bikes Radar X Pro adventure bike.

The bag has two main compartments on the drive side with a removable divider between them and a half-depth pocket on the non-drive side. Inside the top main compartment there are a couple of mesh pockets for small things, a wire port in a flat pocket on the opposite side as well as a wire port on the outside of the bag, a daisy chain attachment for the pump on the top.
The bag is attached to the frame with elastic cord lacing on the top tube and bolts for the bottle cages on the vertical and bottom tubes.

As usual we use quality materials: X-pac, Cordura, YKK Aquaguard zipper, Woojin hardware, nylon webbings and velcro, etc..

Handlebar bag is a one of the main bags of bikepacking setup. By design, our bag consists of two parts: the harness attachment system and the dry pack.
The harness is mounted on the handlebar and remains in place during the journey, the drypack is secured in the system and can be taken out for unpacking. The most needed items, e.g. warmers, snacks, stove are better packed closer to the entrances of the drypack and can be easily taken out during short stops.

The bag is fully customisable for your bike - you can move the attachment straps wider or narrower, you can add or remove spacers, you can choose different dry bag volumes depending on handlebar type (flatbar or dropbar) and bike size, and you can even close the bag differently. Also available in a wide range of colors and combinations.

On the photo there is a bag for gravel bike with dropbars, dry pack with 11 l volume, whose entrances are closed to remove twists from the handlebars, the material of the harness is X-paс, the material of the dry pack is Ecopak.

Handlebar bag Lunchbox-3 – this bag allows you to take snacks, light, repair kit, change of clothes, insulation, camera and anything else that can fit in a 3-litre volume. Perfect for dropbars. Very well protected from the rain, keeps its shape perfectly due to the plastic frame, has several pockets inside and outside, reflective side and front elements, removable spacers on the mounting straps allow you to move the bag away from the handlebar by 1..2 cm for a narrow grip on the handlebar and for use of additional equipment on the handlebar

A couple of food bags

The big foodbag has a classic design with one handed opening and closing, it can carry a standard PET water bottle up to a 1.5 l volume. Four attachment points securely fix the bag on the handlebar, but three attachments are enough for normal use.

The small foodbag has a lid with a magnetic closure that can be hidden in an internal pocket. Two magnets perfectly hold the lid in all riding conditions and prevent loss of the bag's contents, at the same time, the bag is easy to open at any time. The bag can carry a water bottle, but it is more convenient to use it to carry small things like snacks, phone, documents, money, keys, batteries, etc.

The bags are in stock in different colors, if any color is not available the bag can be made and shipped within 1-2 days.

This is the full triangle bag with L-shaped entrance to the main compartment and an extra flat pocket on the other side of the main compartment, On board as usual there is an internal pocket, a port between compartments and a port for wires to the outside.

This is an updated model of the 2.2 l "Micro" seatbag, which has a top without seams so the contents are protected from rain. And an upgraded large foodbag with an enlarged mesh pocket.

It's a full triangle with an L-zipped entrance that allows full access inside the bag. There are a couple of pockets inside and a port for wires to the outside.

Our most functional foodbag has a main compartment, an inner pocket on the back where you can hide a cover or phone, a front mesh pocket for trash, a key clip and you can use this foodbag for a flask as well as for small stuff like keys, money, snacks etc. The cover is held by two strong magnets and over the years of use there have been no cases of accidental opening in any conditions

We are already working on your orders and recent order for a Giant Revolt 0 bike has gone to Germany:

• Frame bag half size.
The frame of Giant Revolt has a quite complicated contour inside and the bag follows this contour. The customer chose to attach the bag with a shock cord and we made a quick fastening of the bag with hooks on the cord because installing such a bag is a bit annoying.
Otherwise it's a standard bag with one compartment, a couple of internal pockets and a port for wires to the outside.

• The top tube bag is a standard 1 litre bag but with a bolt-on instead of velcro fastening.

• The handlebar bag harness 11l.
We made a couple of extra MOLLE straps on the harness under the shock cord at the customer's request. The dry bag 11l is made of laminated material Ecopak and is very light compared to the standard PVC dry bag. And from this year we have new spacers for all our handlebar bags, we make them out of a more dense and more black EVA material.

• The seatbag 15l is our standard 15 litre rear bag, also made entirely of X-pac / Ecopak laminates. By the way, we've already made a 10l model of the seat bag.

The new design of the seatbag "Micro", the 4th version. 🔥
The standard design has two seams at the top which unfortunately cannot be moisture protected for most materials. Now the top and side parts are made of one piece of material, which means there are no top seams and rain will not get the bag's contents wet. Yes, there are still lower seams on the sides, but there is very little chance of water getting in from the wheel and the seam between the X-pac and PVC material is better insulated than the seam between the two X-pac parts. ☔️
We've also simplified a bit the bag attachment and increased its volume by 10%, the maximum volume is now around 2.2l.
We've added some new colors and it is also possible to order the fastener panel in a different color, not just black. This panel is small and almost completely hidden under the saddle. The PVC bottom is always black.

Three bags from an order from Germany are going on their first trip this weekend.

The frame bag is for the road bike Van Nicholas Zephyr 2015, size M. The bag has two main compartments separated by removable divider and a flat pocket on the other side of the main compartments. The lower main compartment's volume is compatible with a 3L Apidura water pack and has a hose exit. The upper main compartment has two internal pockets and a port to the flat pocket. The bag can be attached to the frame using cages' bolts, elastic cord and Velcro loops

The top tube bag has a usual design but has an increased volume of up to 1.7 liters. On board there are two internal and two external pockets, a port for wires, foam inside the walls and bottom

The seat bag "Micro" 2L is a standard bag.

All bags are handcrafted of Dimension Polyant Lightskin LS 21, X-pac VX 21, Cordura 1000D, water resistant YKK Aquaguard zipper, polyamide webbing, Woojin plastic buckles and other high quality materials.
