The other day i was Driving, while i was on a trafic jam and i saw These children across the road... and i swear i was shocked. They were smoking and giving it to each other. You think oh children who live on streets, Not that they are less of any child. Because no child should be exposed to any form of Drugs, No matter their condition... But the kids i saw from what they were wearing, they looked like they came from a school, with their uniform on. š I thought to Myself... IF THEIR PARENTS ONLY KNEWš Drugs are no fun? They will put your whole body at risk in every way, let along starting Drugs on a young age... WORSE!

We are still in October, which is labelled as Mental health monthš± Honestly no one is perfect and with that being in mind we are all struggling on our own ways. Iāve struggled with depression and even had anxiety attacks. Having a small problem or issue and not knowing how to solve will itself lead you to be frustrated and anxious. However if One is dedicated and talking about mental health, it doesnāt mean He/she entirely is free of stress and problems. We are all human and bleed when cut. What I want from this awareness am doing is for all of us to be educated enough and support each other, to understand ourselves and others and learn how to help ourselves and others. Honestly itās a broad topic to talk about, but I had great time to discuss this sensitive topic with my laddies out there on Zoom callā¤ļø body shaming in our culture happens a lot, and although we know itās not healthy at all most of us arenāt aware that we body shame a person, when we always point out something about how they look, and we have no idea how much effect it could have on someoneās life. Today was suide prevention day and the reason iāve decided in an instant second to speak about it, is because lately iāve come across young people who are suicidal and are very scared to share it or ask for help with their loved ones or people that are surrounding them. Some of them tried to commit suicide several times but failed. What is āBAD FRIENDSHIPSā Friendship goes on both ways. And there are toxic people that could be in your life and youāre not aware of it. We simply as a human nature socialise and keep people around us who we call āfriendsā and we might believe that anyone and everyone is good to us. However itās what itās and weāve all come across a bad friend in our lives at some point. Youāre not to blame yourself if someone toxic is/was close to you, you are not at fault if you treated the other person with humanity and loved them sincerely as a friend with the intentions to never harm them. FOCUS and acknowledge your beautiful heart and that you will be rewarded soon for your pure intentions.
