When you wake up and think it’s Wednesday (again)
Started with a jam packed intake session regarding the child but of course it went way back to the pregnancy 🤰 so mom is definitely coming for a session. So I thought I was finished only to find my next Client entering the terrace and wondered, why is he 1 day early 🤣🤣🤪🤭🫢🤫
It ended with my 3rd client who is a regular since 2022. From the 1st rented house to this one; the family has been under my care. Tonight she said: “Devi I need inspiration”… about what, I asked ? An English test she had to partake online and was doubting herself. Fear of failure 😞
So Devi being Devi 🤪😅😅😁😁😄😃😀 helped her with courage, strength and being fearless in the pursuit of achievement!
By the time she left, calmness showered her and all her doubts had disappeared ✊🏼💪🏼👏🏼🙏🏼💯😁🙏🏼🙏🏼 bless her heart ♥️

Energetisch Therapeut:
Wil je graag meer ontspannen en vanuit vertrouwen leven? Je energiek en fit voelen? Minder last hebben van emotionele- en mentale klachten? Wat houdt energetische therapie nou precies in? Wanneer kies je voor zo’n behandeling?
En niet onbelangrijk: wat doet een energetisch therapeut?

Wat is energetische therapie?

Voor beantwoording van de vraag: wat doet een energetisch therapeut, eerst wat meer over energetische therapie. Dat is een oeroude natuurlijke behandelmethode die simpel gezegd universele energie gebruikt om je gezond te maken of te houden. Je kent het vast wel; als je je stoot, wrijf je met je hand over de pijnlijke plek. Heb je hoofdpijn, dan leg je automatisch je hand op je hoofd. Door de aanraking draag je warmte en energie over en dat verlicht je pijn. Wat je dus eigenlijk doet is het zelfhelende vermogen van je lichaam stimuleren. Energetische therapie werkt hier ook mee.

De gedachte achter energetische therapie is dat alles energie is. Alles wat leeft, denk aan de dieren, planten en natuurlijk ook de mens, bestaat uit levensenergie. Levensenergie is het fundament van het leven en de basis van gezondheid. Voor een goede balans en een gezond lichaam is energie die onbelemmerd kan stromen dan ook onontbeerlijk. Een energetisch therapeut begeleidt je om de energie weer te laten stromen, zodat je je weer gezond voelt en vitaliteit ervaart.

Wat doet een energetisch therapeut nu precies?

Een energetisch therapeut werkt vanuit holistische filosofie. De focus ligt niet op het behandelen van de ervaren symptomen, maar er wordt naar de mens in z’n totaliteit gekeken. Dus zowel je mentale, fysieke als emotionele en spirituele gesteldheid wordt in ogenschouw genomen. Immers, mentale of emotionele problemen kunnen invloed hebben op je lichaam en omgekeerd kunnen fysieke klachten van invloed zijn op je emotionele en mentale gesteldheid.

Tijdens een energetische behandeling stemt een energetisch therapeut zich af op de energiecentra, chakra’s genoemd. Deze is voelbaar met de handen en/of zichtbaar via waarneming.

Op deze manier komen verstoringen en blokkades aan het licht, net als energiecentra waar de energie vrij stroomt. Door dieper contact te maken aan de energie centra die aandacht nodig hebben, en hierover het gesprek aan te gaan met de cliënt, komt er bij de cliënt een bewustzijn proces op gang. De inzichten brengen samen met de healing energie in beweging. Het gevolg is dat gezonde energie weer door je lichaam kan stromen en het zelfgenezend vermogen wordt geactiveerd.

Een energetisch therapeut kan je behandelen via de handen door bijvoorbeeld handoplegging of door met healing in beweging te brengen. Daarnaast wordt de behandeling gecombineerd met een gesprek zodat ook de bron van een klacht helder wordt. Ook kun je oefeningen voor thuis meekrijgen die je vitaliteit ondersteunen en je algehele energie versterken zodat je weer in balans komt.

Welke klachten behandelt een energetisch therapeut?

Werk dat een energetisch therapeut doet, is geschikt voor iedereen. Zo kunnen zowel kinderen als volwassenen zich door een professioneel energietherapeut laten behandelen. Klachten en/of aandoeningen waarbij energetische therapie uitkomst biedt, kunnen met je lichamelijke gezondheid, je mentale welzijn of je emotionele gesteldheid te maken hebben. Je kunt onder andere met hoofd- en rugpijn bij een energetisch therapeut terecht. Maar, ook als je kampt met bijvoorbeeld stress, lusteloosheid, slaapproblemen, angst en depressie of chronische aandoeningen.

Ook mensen die moeite hebben om goed met hun hooggevoeligheid om te gaan, kunnen bij een energetisch therapeut terecht. Life contains more than successful careers, money, house etc when we ourselves are falling apart 😳

The first little beautiful youngster for her Reiki treatment today.
9 yrs old bright and shining light she is. Loves arts, crafts, dancing & yoga (which we did and qigong) Adorable little heart ♥️ she has, but major sleep disorder amongst other fears and autism 🙏🏼

I can not stress the importance of the damage that’s done “during”pregnancy and the impact on the unborn child (often very underestimated) let alone some of the cruel children at school, bullying, making a mockery of others (which in turn I ask myself where that’s coming from?) 😔
The unborn child hears, Senses, feels all the emotions of the mother and is also in tune with dad & others nearby.

Please help yourself, while pregnant and your unborn child can be saved, without carrying all the extra baggage ✊🏼🙏🏼💝

“Reiki tijdens en na de zwangerschap”

Wat is Reiki?
Reiki is een Japanse behandelingsmethode ontwikkeld door Dr. Usui. Met handoplegging wordt gedurende dertig minuten de energiedoorstroming in je lichaam bevorderd. Het brengt rust en evenwicht voor jezelf en je ongeboren baby.
Reiki is erop gericht je innerlijke energie te geleiden. Het reinigt je lichaam en geest en geeft je diepe ontspanning om goed met angsten en onzekerheid om te kunnen gaan. Je gaat sneller reageren op alle veranderingen in je lichaam en levensstijl. De zwangerschap zal daardoor rustiger en natuurlijker verlopen. Jij en je baby in je buik worden heel rustig tijdens of na een Reikibehandeling.

Als je zwanger bent is je hormoonhuishouding uit balans. Je lichaam stelt alles in het werk om deze balans weer terug te vinden. Reiki kan hierbij helpen.

After clients leave me they are prepared that I will contact them for aftercare.
I always ask them 2 Questions: how are you feeling and how have you slept. One of my faithful clients from 2022, asked for an urgent treatment; for the past 2 weeks her back had been killing her. So we started on Monday March 4 and again March 7. She couldn’t even sit and had to lay down on her 1st visit.
