Every month we introduce our HCA team members to the community and today it’s Meurscha Saborella Kelei.
🦺| As our Business Support Officer at Heavy Construction Academy Suriname, Meurscha is dedicated to improving business operations through administrative and operational tasks. She is a Top Sales Person. Her journey with HCA began on August 1, 2022, as an administrative employee and due to her flexibility and dedication, she was chosen as Executive Assistant to the CEO within 9 months.
📚| Meurscha's key responsibilities include administrative support, relationship management, communication and coordination.
🔧| She also does customer service which includes acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers, answering questions, and solving problems with all the help from management.
🌟| Her favorite part of the job? When she receives projects for the company. It gives her a good feeling to see that she can make a difference.
Meurscha is very customer oriented, very flexible and has good communication skills.
Her hobbies include dancing, singing and listening to music and she loves sports.

Afgelopen week hebben wij met trots de Grader Operator Training afgerond bij onze gewaardeerde klant Baitali Group of Companies 💚🤍
🎥 Het team van Baitali Group is getraind om veilig en efficiënt met de grader te werken, wat cruciaal is voor het minimaliseren van incidenten en ongelukken op de werkplek.
Tijdens de training hebben de deelnemers naast het opereren van de Grader ook geleerd over het belang van veiligheid bij het bedienen, het voorkomen van onnodige schade aan de machine, en het voldoen aan OSHA-standaarden. Bovendien is er uitgebreide aandacht besteed aan het gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM).
