1) As I once said and I'm repeating it again, 'I inherited people who know how to eat, not the ones who know how to work'. I liberated the country from Jalaba but I couldn't liberate Junubin from the slavery of their own stomachs and their own greed.

2) Whoever thinks that I have failed needs to look into the mirror. A Gov't is only as good as the people it serves because democracy is a Gov't of the people for the people and by the people. So, if all that your uncles, whom I appointed to positions of authority, all they think about is their own stomachs, then what do you expect? I can only work with Junubin, I cannot import foreigners to come work for you.

3) Ever since I became the President of South Sudan, there has been nothing on Junubin’s minds except the three F's (Food, Fighting and 3rd F is for you to figure out). Literally, people come to my office looking for positions with their mouths dripping like hyenas. All they're looking for is not the opportunity to serve, but the opportunity to loot your public resources and you all are now blaming me? Blame your own uncles.

4) Whenever I issue a decree to remove corrupt Gov't officials who have failed the country, people rebel and you all follow them to the bush supporting and encouraging their rebellions. I have been often told that whenever I'm about to issue a presidential decree, you all would be glued on to the TV waiting to hear your uncle's appointment as a Minister so that your family can start looting. Now you're blaming me?

5) Over the decade or so, Tens of billion of Dollars I allocated for major developmental projects across the country such as roads, schools, and hospitals all wind up in your uncles accounts overseas and you are now blaming me?

6) Youth sit on their butts all day sipping tea under a tree without contributing to the economy, while allowing Ugandans, Ethiopians, Kenyans, Eritreans, Somalis to scoop away our country's resources and send them back to their own countries and you're now blaming me?

7) You might push back saying 'Well, you're the President, you should fix it!!'. How the hell could I fix it when you all are on a standby ready to rebel and butcher one another to death just to protect your uncles? Now you're blaming me?

8 ) Whenever I bring peace and share power, your leaders appoint their own wives, sons, daughters to the position of authority regardless of qualification and you all sit on your butt singing "Kiir Must Go". Have you ever seen me appointing my wife or my son as a Minister?

All in all, I didn't fail you, your uncles failed you, failed me, and failed the whole country.
