As we celebrate the 16 days of Gender Based Violence, let's all come together and end Gender Based Violence against women.

Kulang Sports Academy and the ministry of Gender Social welfare, SSFA and UNFPA will organize a girls football tournament in Aweil on 16 December to mark the end of 16 days of activism against Gender Based Violence.

Four girls teams will compete in the football tournament.

The management of the Academy would like to congratulate our National U-17 team for qualifying for next year AFCON after progressing to the finals of the Zonal Qualifiers with a 4-3 spot kick win over Tanzania.

Our chairman and general manager plus the head of finance met with a team from and Smile Again Africa Development Organization (SAADO) to plan on an upcoming girls tournament in Lakes State (Rumbek).

The tournament will be organized to celebrate the International Day of the Girl Child on 18th October 2022.

The Theme for this year's International Girls Day: Act now to stop more girls becoming mothers by 2030 in South Sudan.

Our chairman last evening attended the closing ceremony of the South Sudan Mini U-17 national league.

Speaking at the ceremony, Hon. Gatwech Peter Kulang assured the gathering of his commitment to continue supporting the growth of Youth sports in the country.

Hon. Gatwech Peter Kulang also donated pips to the academy and promised to deliver more equipment to enable smooth development of the players.

Kulang Sports Academy so far has a registered number of 150 players in the ages of 10, 12, 15, 17 and 20.

This is to inform those teams that qualified for semi finals and the other teams with remaining with games that the games will be played this morning starting at 11am at Munuki Playground.

This is to inform the teams that were to take in the two games called off yesterday and the semifinals and finals scheduled for this morning have been postponed to Monday 11/07/2022.

The remaining games will be played at Kulang Sports Academy center instead of Munuki Playground.

Crown WFC successful defended their title after beating Gudele Central WFC 4-2 on spot kicks in the final of the girls tournament on Saturday at Munuki Playground.

Zain South Sudan has delivered medals for the winners of the second edition of the girls tournament.

The medals where delivered this morning at the foundation office by Maljowk Bachay the Branding Specialist at Zain South Sudan.

Receiving the items, the Chairman Kulang Foundation Gatwech Peter Kulang thanked Zain for their continued support towards girls football in the country.

One is the top scorer and the other is second, the two face off tomorrow in the final game of Kulang Foundation girls tournament second edition.

Crown WFC beats Malakia WFC 4-0 to reach the finals of Kulang Foundation girls tournament.

Crown WFC battles Gudele Central WFC in the finals on Saturday at Munuki Playground.

The first semifinal ends with Gudele Central WFC thumping Hyper WFC 8-0.

They will face either Crown WFC or Malakia WFC in the final on Saturday.

The girls tournament enters the Semifinals stage this afternoon.
