It seems either I am terrible at taking photos or food simmering just doesn't look great. But the end product - the tastes and textures at the end of a long slow cooking process are worth all that mess. Rich Veggie Stock, Khao Tom Sticky Rice, and Mesona Chinensis transforming into Black Grass Jelly.

Getting ready to make Siracha Chilli Garlic sauce. There is no colour as vibrant and thrilling as chilli red. And nothing more tasty and zappy as homemade Siracha. Fun Fact - eating chillies does not cause a physical burn - rather a chemical reaction in the mouth and throat sends a message to the brain that something is hot and burning. But unlike a mouthful of too hot coffee, or a straight from the pan Takoyaki there will be no blisters or burns.

Some of our super tasty noodle dishes: delicate Green Curry Soup Noodles with Edamame and Green Herb balls; Spicy Pad Kra Pao Fried Noodles with Crisp Curry Mung Bean Pockets; flavour filled Peanut Satay Soup Noodles with Peanut Kaofu Wafers. Mmmmmm - Really Tasty.

Exuberant flowers of the Snake Plant (Sansevieria) - putting on a wonderful display in front of Noodles Now. At night a sweet musky perfume wafts in to the restaurant. Wonderful!
