To support this mission, we need someone with a strong spirit and exceptional management skills to oversee our office resources, including human resources, finance, marketing, and client relations.

The Office Manager will play a central role in our operations, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a productive work environment. This position demands excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate meetings and events, handling all logistical details.
Maintain office equipment and liaise with vendors for maintenance and supplies.
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Manage financial tasks such as invoicing, expense reports, and budgeting.
Foster a positive office environment and serve as the point of contact for staff inquiries.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

The building's most striking feature is its hexagonal façade element, which pierces through the existing structure. This bold architectural gesture creates a distinctive visual identity, functioning as a beacon that illuminates the night sky. The hexagonal form represents the interconnectedness of medical knowledge and practice, while its penetrating design symbolizes the building's role in bridging past, present, and future medical advancements.

Designed to inspire, the structure offers a welcoming presence that instills courage and hope in all visitors. Its thoughtful layout guides individuals through the space, culminating in a view of the King Rama VIII Plaza at the rear—a tribute to the hospital's founder and a reminder of the institution's rich heritage.

By seamlessly integrating with its surroundings, the BBL@MDCU Building not only enhances the campus aesthetically but also functionally supports the transition from academic study to practical application in healthcare.

At Atelier, we have a long-standing tradition for newcomers, such as trainees or juniors, to organize a party and showcase their unique talents through a special performance. This custom aims to help everyone get to know each other better and break the ice. These performances often involve extraordinary and individualized acts that no one else in the office can replicate. Over time, some of these performances have set the bar exceptionally high, surpassing all expectations and making it challenging for future newcomers to match or surpass their predecessors' impressive feats.

CEYE's new building is a testament to the company's bold vision and commitment to innovation as it transitions into a public entity after dominating Thailand's advertising photography industry for three decades. This transformative shift towards creative advertising demands an architectural response that embodies flexibility, possibility, and creativity while accommodating future expansion.

The 1,000 square meter, four-level structure is a masterful composition of form and function. The first floor features a grand reception area, a double-height multipurpose hall, and a parking system. The second floor houses the main meeting room overlooking the multipurpose hall and executive private offices. The third and fourth floors are dedicated to open-plan offices and management private offices, shifted from the lower levels to create terraces for future expansion.

The building's architectural language is a symphony of contrasts, with the lower levels featuring white solid boxes, glass boxes, and wire mesh structures, while the upper levels showcase planes of space that allow openness from the rear to the street front. The articulated frame serves as a seasonal graphic decoration, a testing ground for media, and a creative shading device.

CEYE's new building is an embodiment of the company's core values: possibility, integrity, and bravery.
