Community of practice on prudent use of antimicrobials in animals | August 2024 Meeting

For this month’s session: The CoP welcomes Dr Rodolphe Mader and Dr Anders Dalsgaard from the International Centre for Antimicrobial Resistance Solutions (ICARS) - an independent, self-governing institution working globally in partnership with LMIC governments to develop and test context-specific solutions to AMR. This coming August session, we will be hearing from them on “The ICARS model to support the implementation of good practices and prudent antimicrobial use in low and middle-income countries”. This includes a range of initiatives across the globe such as reducing AMU through Farmer Field School in Zambia and Zimbabwe, reduction of AGP use in poultry in Georgia, reducing AMU through colostrum management and vaccination in Colombia, and reduction of AMU in pangasius and tilapia aquaculture in Viet Nam, among many others.

กำหนดการกิจกรรม วันสัตวแพทย์ไทย 4 สิงหาคม 2567 ณ กรมปศุสัตว์ กรุงเทพฯ

บริษัท เพอร์เฟค คอมพาเนียน กรุ๊ป จำกัด ให้การสนับสนุนอาหารอาหารสัตว์ จำนวน 3,000 กิโลกรัม ให้สัตวแพทยสมาคมแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก และสำนักอนามัย กรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อใช้ในกิจกรรมงานวันสัตวแพทย์ไทยประจำปี 2567 โดยจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2567 ณ กรมปศุสัตว์ ถนนพญาไท แขวงพญาไท เขตราชเทวี กรุงเทพฯ ภายในงานได้จัดกิจกรรมการให้บริการประชาชนโดยฉีดวัคซีนและทำหมันสุนัขแมว (ไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย) โดยครอบคลุมไปถึงสถานพยาบาลสัตว์ของรัฐและเอกชนทั่วประเทศ รวมถึงเครือข่ายของสัตวแพทยสมาคมฯในภูมิภาค
